  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We get it. Life happens and things come up! We’re happy to reschedule or even cancel appointments when necessary. We kindly ask for a notice of at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

  • How long will my appointment take?

    Appointment length depends on many factors, including the type of service and any additional services you might want. A basic haircut takes much less time than a color appointment, for instance. We will provide you with an estimate on how long to expect to be at the salon when you make your appointment.

  • How many sessions will it take me to achieve my dream hair color?

    Our passion is helping you achieve the hairstyle of your dreams. Every service is different and depends on your hair’s porosity (the ability for color to penetrate), thickness, length, and more. We will provide you with an estimate on the number of sessions it will take when you make your appointment.

  • What do I need to do before my hair appointment?

    You want to be prepared for your appointment to ensure the best experience and results. We appreciate that! We recommend that you shampoo your hair 24 to 48 hours before a coloring treatment, so that your hair is clean. Dirty hair does not “grab” color very well.

  • Can I achieve my dream hair color without bleach?

    Bleach is often part of the coloring process, but not always. Depending on your hair’s natural color and the color you want, it may be possible to skip the bleach. This is usually the case with darker colors on lighter natural hair, or dark colors on dark hair. This information will be discussed and provided when you schedule your appointment.

  • Do you accept walk-in appointments?

    We strive to give every client the attention and care they deserve. Because of that, we do not accept walk-in appointments. However, our schedule is flexible, and we’re happy to set up an appointment via email or even by text! Please make sure to fill out the client questionnaire first.
